WHITE BLEND

This tri-varietal of viognier, sauvignon blanc and albariño is an explosion of aromas and freshness, with notes of fruits in syrup (peaches, pears, pineapples) and hints of sage and honeysuckle. On the palate it transitions from the sweetness of the fruit to bitter hints of citrus peel, with a note of white pepper, good volume, balanced acidity and a persistent finish. It goes well with white cheese, sushi and other oriental dishes, as well as salads and desserts with fresh fruit.
