We are a family winery. With a current capacity of 80,000 liters, the entire winemaking process is carefully overseen by the few people who work on it.

All our grape varieties are vinified separately to understand their individual expression. In 2015, we began producing blends whose harmony can express the best of our vineyard. We value the fruity character and the good structure that the Los Horneros terroir gives our wines.
Our harvest is entirely manual; we perform cluster selection and rely on advanced technology in the artisanal production of our wines, such as a peristaltic pump for gentle rackings and a pneumatic press for delicate extraction.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and some selected wines are aged in French and Hungarian barrels of second and third use.
