Our harvest is entirely manual, we make a selection of clusters and we have advanced technology in the artisanal production of our wines, such as a peristaltic pump for gentle racking and a pneumatic press for a delicate extraction. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and selected wines are aged in French and Hungarian second and third use barrels.
We are a family winery. With a current capacity of 80 000 litres, the entire winemaking process is still carefully monitored by the few people who work here.
All our grape varieties are vinified separately in order to know their individual expression. In 2015 we started to produce blends in which the best of our vineyard can be expressed in harmony. We value the fruit character and good structure that the Los Horneros terroir gives to our wines.
